Right to Equality

Articles 14-18: Equality before law, no discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.

The Constitution guarantees every citizen equality before the law and equal protection of the laws. No citizen can be discriminated against on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Untouchability is abolished, and titles (other than military/academic) are banned under Article 18.
