Articles 19-22: Freedom of speech, assembly, movement, and protection against arbitrary arrest.
Citizens have the freedom of speech and expression, to assemble peaceably, form associations, move freely and reside anywhere in India, and practice any profession. Article 21 guarantees protection of life and personal liberty, and Article 22 provides safeguards against arbitrary arrest and detention.
